Cleaning the Counter
  • Do I need to supply cleaning products?
    We will bring everything we need to complete the job, vac, towels and solutions. We are happy to sub any products you would like us to use. We don't use commercial products and like using more natural products when possible.
  • Who will be cleaning my home?
    Usually, if you are set up on a rotation there will be one or two of us on every visit. We schedule the same cleaning pros to the same homes. All employees have a through background check performed.
  • How do I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?
    We appreciate asap notice for canceling your scheduled clean. We understand that things come up, people get sick, life gets busy. Email us to reschedule your cleaning.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    No, We will send you a quote before service starts, at which point you can agree and move forward, or decline (the quote sent will be close to the actual price). We do have a lock out fee (if we travel to the home and are unable to get in). There will be a $25 charge per cleaning pro that travels to the home if we are locked out.
  • Am I supposed to leave gratuity?
    If you enjoyed the service and want to say a special thanks to the ladies who performed the service, YES! It is not expected, but is a nice way to show your appreciation to the job well done.
  • I have a pet, do I have to kennel the animal?
    No, we love all the pets we clean for! Please let them roam as they normally do. Only if the pet is aggressive, we ask that it is kenneled.
  • Do we have to be at home during the cleaning?
    No, we are used to people being gone or at home with kids. Don't feel like you need to leave, we are used to working around people,kids and life itself! We are used to ensuring the home/Office is locked up before we leave if your gone.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
